Frequently Asked Questions
What Is the Launch Drop?
The Launch Drop is the first release of The Original: 200 bags, with 100 in Matte Black and 100 in Light Pink. When they're gone, the Launch Drop is over, and it won't be restocked.
When Does the Launch Drop End?
It ends when the last of the 200 bags sells. There's no end date, only the count.
How Does the Black Friday Code Work?
Code CARROBF takes an extra 20% off at checkout. It's applied automatically when you check out from this site, or you can enter it yourself. The offer ends Mon, Nov 30 at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.
Why Does It Say $299.99 After the Drop?
$299.99 is the price of the next release of The Original. Launch Drop buyers pay $199.99 because they're first. The bag has never been sold at $299.99.
Is the Bag Water-Resistant?
Yes. The shell is water-resistant, so rain, wet benches, and spilled shakers wipe right off. It isn't made to be submerged, so keep it out of standing water.
Does It Have a Place for Shoes?
There's no dedicated shoe section. Inside, you get a wet-clothes pocket for sweaty clothes, a divider that keeps valuables apart, and mesh and zip pockets for the small things.
How Big Is It?
It measures 18.5" × 10.5" × 9". It's big enough for a full training day and still looks right when you carry it into a restaurant.
What's Your Return Policy?
Returns are free for 30 days. If anything on the bag fails in the first three months, we'll replace it.
Where Do You Ship From?
We ship from Utah, and U.S. shipping is free on every order.
Will It Arrive by Christmas?
Order by December 17 for Christmas delivery. You can add a gift note in your cart.
What Comes After the Launch Drop?
